This Privacy Policy describes how iSoftBox (“the Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with your use of the Application. iSoftBox is developed and maintained by Kevin Xia and is distributed through the Apple App Store.
By downloading or using iSoftBox, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
iSoftBox does not collect, transmit, or store personally identifiable information on any developer-operated server. The Application requires no account or sign-in and does not request access to protected data such as your photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
iSoftBox contains no advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, tracking technologies, or third-party crash-reporting services.
Information Stored on Your Device
iSoftBox stores the following settings locally on your device:
- Your selected brightness response preference.
- Your gesture bindings.
- A temporary copy of the system brightness that was active before iSoftBox took control of the display. This value allows the Application to restore your previous brightness after an interrupted session and is removed after a normal restoration.
This information is used only to provide the Application’s features. It is not transmitted to us.
App Store Services
iSoftBox contacts Apple’s App Store services to check whether an update is available. The Application can also open App Store pages when you choose to update, rate, or review it. These interactions are provided and processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.
iSoftBox does not receive personal information from these App Store interactions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties. We operate no server infrastructure for receiving or storing information from iSoftBox users.
Data Retention And Deletion
The local settings described above remain on your device until you change them, restore the relevant defaults, or uninstall the Application. Uninstalling iSoftBox removes its locally stored settings through the standard operating-system process.
We retain no server-side copy because iSoftBox does not transmit this information to us.
Children’s Privacy
iSoftBox does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
